Yoga for Scoliosis Series

Continuity is key when building a yoga practice to help address your scoliosis. In this five week series of classes we will learn about scoliosis and the specific curvature of your own spine.

We will move through a set of poses each week to help lengthen, re align, de rotate, and strengthen your back in a supportive environment. All levels are welcome.
